We are pleased to announce that the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) “Kyiv HiTech” project (Project No. 101269876) has officially received grant support under the Digital Europe Programme. This marks a significant step forward for Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem and provides a strong impetus for economic recovery.
Who We Are
EDIH “Kyiv HiTech” is a consortium of 9 leading partners headed by the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance (UCA). Our mission is to accelerate the “twin” transition — digital and green — of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as public sector organizations in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

Who We Help
Our services are primarily aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as public sector organizations — from municipal utility services to local authorities and communities. Over the next three years, we plan to support more than 220 organizations and train over 700 specialists.
Our First Steps:
- Launch of the AI Helpdesk: establishment of a single-entry consultation platform for artificial intelligence implementation.
- Deployment of 4 Competence Centers: Advanced Manufacturing, Smart Energy, Smart Cities, and Technology Excellence (AI).
- Digital Maturity Assessment: we are opening applications for free digital maturity assessments for enterprises.
- International Integration: establishing direct cooperation channels with hubs in Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Spain, and Lithuania.
This achievement became possible thanks to the synergy of science, business, and government.
