• MVP in weeks not years
  Alexander Pupena showed on real cases that automation based on Open Source – Node-Red, PostgreSQL, MQTT – gives a business result in 2-4 weeks. The network of sinks, coffee maker, Vodokanal – all have launched working systems without expensive licenses.
• AI is a process not magic
  Volodymyr Oliynyk warned: 95% of AI-pilots in companies fail (MIT, 2025). Without a clear strategy and data preparation, the implementation will not work – but with the right approach, AI becomes a real competitive advantage.
